The yin yang symbol is a fascinating one.  The design indicates a sense of flow, and lacks any straight lines. The parallel between the light and dark seems to almost taunt one another, and neither side possesses anything not lacking in the other.  Is there some great message contained in its image?  Is Yin and Yang a statement of balance, or flow?

For many of us the idea of Zen Living is idealistic.  What is Zen?  The teaching of Zen originated in China, and was introduced into Japan in the 13^th Century.  It is a form of Buddhism.  The best description of Zen I have seen is “stepping out of duality”.  Easy words, but how do we do it?
