Our ability to communicate requires both YIN and YANG.  There is more to communication than just talking and listening.  There is receptivity, alignment, focus, content, vision, boundaries, and exchange.  These are only a few areas in the amazing area of communication.
 
The Day You Were Born: Is it a Key to Who You Are?

There are many perspectives we can take in viewing our impact on the world, and the world's impact on who we are.  Many try to find the right answer, but I believe that for full empowerment we must rest somewhere in the middle of it all.  Our actions are important, and we do create our own destiny.  In order to be fully empowered we must also recognize and understand the tools we have for our journey.

Yin & Yang: Balance or Flow?

The yin yang symbol is a fascinating one.  The design indicates a sense of flow, and lacks any straight lines. The parallel between the light and dark seems to almost taunt one another, and neither side possesses anything not lacking in the other.  Is there some great message contained in its image?  Is Yin and Yang a statement of balance, or flow?

Zen Living: Creating Your Custom Blend

For many of us the idea of Zen Living is idealistic.  What is Zen?  The teaching of Zen originated in China, and was introduced into Japan in the 13th Century.  It is a form of Buddhism.  The best description of Zen I have seen is “stepping out of duality”.  Easy words, but how do we do it?
