Several sections of this site allow the readers to add comments, questions, or their personal experiences. Common sense is always the golden rule, and the following will help clarify how the comment section works on this site:

- Consider this site to be rated "PG".

- Posts will not show immediately. Approval should be within 48 hours, or sooner. This will keep the site clean and on-track.
- Please do share your success stories, session shifts (changes that have happened since your session), questions, updates, and simple "hello!" comments.
